“Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”

Pros: beautiful clean property, stunning beach view rooms, great food and drink & friendly serving staff. Cons: check in process painful and daunting. I understand that day was chaotic but we had a paid reservation and just kept getting bumped by people that had checked out and returned to the hotel due to cancelled flights.
