“Room didn’t smell clean rug was dirty and there were some spiders”

“good overall!”

“Liked the location being off towards the back and the deers that surrounded it. Enjoyed the easy access to the room.”

“Raj at the front desk was wonderful. The staff was all very friendly and I also though breakfast was good. The building is just very old the rooms are outdated and smell old. The pool was dirty and overall it needs a face lift from top to bottom. With that said my room was clean and for the price it’s not terrible.”

“Bra”

“Upon checking into our room, we found a half-eaten cookie on the table. This was reported to the front desk, who responded they would follow-up with the Housekeeping Manager. We were assigned an accessible room which we did not require, and I would question why, if there’s vacancy available we would be placed in such a room category when we didn’t indicate anyone in our party used a wheelchair or other device? “No one at front desk when we checked in around 6pm. We had 2 double beds not 2 queens. Shower had ceiling tiles moody, stained and cracked. Sink tap handle spun around. Had to find the sweet spot to shut the water off. Light switch plate cover cracked and half missing in bathroom. TV barely attached to the wall Broken light fixture in the room. One positive- while the beds were small, they were comfortable. No one at front desk when we checked out in the morning.”
