The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Lassouts, this charming house of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 28 m² (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a closed garden of about 500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The south-west facing accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 28 m² with TV, stove (wood provided) and sofas.
- An equipped kitchen of about 25 m² with, among other things, an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine, etc. and a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 (25m²): a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 (16m²): a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3 (25m²): two single beds (90×190).
- Room 4 (15m²): a single bed of 120.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed, non-shared garden of about 500 m², south-west facing with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Lassouts, in a very pleasant and quiet environment at altitude. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also from two restaurants.

- Tourist sites: Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt (medieval city in bloom), the hole of Bozouls (dominating a grandiose natural cirque), Estaing (its castle and its old houses...), Conques (its abbey church is a masterpiece of Roman art)...
- Sporting activities: a lake with canoes, kayaks and paddles 10 km away. Several hiking and cycling trails...
- Cultural visits: the Rouergue museum, the Gévaudan wolf park, the Fenaille museum...
