“Väldigt fin och rymlig lägenhet med två badrum, utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Olivolja, disk- och tvättmedel fanns. Det som var dåligt var att sängarna var små, två queen size (ca 140 cm breda) räcker inte för 4 vuxna, speciellt inte om man inte är ett par ;-).”

“Fantastiskt personal”

“Magisk miljö och trevlig personal”

“Excellent location, close to thames riverside walk, but quiet Accessible, good dining choice good decor, attentive staff fantastic in-house estaurant, and very good breakfast choice”

“+ Great location + Helpfull staff and easy check-in + Nicely decorated room with a modern bathroom and great shower. - I would have preferred having a coat rack or a hook in the room to hang jacket/handbag. There was a closet but would have liked that option as well. Overall a great experience. Didn’t have breakfast included but we ate in the restaurant on our last morning. Choice of breakfast buffet or à la carte with a good selection of options. Fast service and good food.”

“Utmärkt frukost, hjälpsam personal. Stora rum, mitt var tyst. Stort fint badrum. Rekommenderar, det var min andra gång här.”

“Bra!”

“Bra rum bra personal”

“The whole stay was amazing. The hotel itself, location and staff! They went out of their way in order to help us get the best experience. True 5 star customer service. ”

“I had stayed at Sofitel London St James once before and had a very positive experience, so when my wife turned 50, I wanted her and our sons to experience the hotel as well. It turned out exactly as I had hoped—a wonderful experience for all of us. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the reception team, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Add to that the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and an outstanding location, and you have a clear ten-out-of-ten hotel experience.”
