-The apartment:
The living room features a sofa bed for 2 people with a view of the terrace and garden.
The kitchen has an island and is fully equipped, including an oven and a griddle.
Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160) overlooking the garden, walk-in closet.
Entryway with walk-in closet, bathroom with window, separate toilet.
-Neighborhood:
All shops (But, Maison du Monde, Centrakor, etc.) for shopping; Grand Carrefour 1 km away; Marcel et Fils organic store (5-minute walk) or La Vie Claire (3 km). Wonderful Sunday market in Lattes Center.
A9 highway 5 minutes away.
Between the sea and the city, 10 minutes by car, as well as the airport and the South Train Station or Saint Rock.
-Bike paths starting from the apartment heading toward the sea or Montpellier, a half-hour ride.
-The sea is a 10-minute drive away; the nearest beaches are Carnon, Palavas-les-Flots, and Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, as well as the city of Montpellier, which is a 20-minute tram ride away.
The apartment:
-Pets allowed (cats and dogs only); they must relieve themselves outside the garden due to the plants and artificial turf.
-Outdoor sofa:
If rain is expected, remove the cushions and the mattress.
-Inflatable hot tub:
Typically, manufacturers of inflatable hot tubs include a cover with their product to help maintain a certain water temperature and protect the hot tub.
It will protect the water from leaves and insects. This will prevent the filter from clogging too quickly and the water from cooling down :( and keep impurities from getting into the water.
Please cover the hot tub with the tarp after each use for the same reasons.
-Hygiene:
We can’t stress this enough: before getting into the water!
Wipe your feet—whether at the pool or in a hot tub—and take a soapy shower before getting into the hot tub.
Makeup, face creams, body lotions, and dead skin cells are all potential residues that will contaminate your spa water and clog your filter.
Like other hot tubs, an inflatable hot tub requires careful maintenance to stay clean as long as possible, using the same treatment products as other hot tubs.
