This charming 110 m² house in Lau-Balagnas can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 300 m² enclosed garden with terrace and garage. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, espresso machine...
- Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate WCs

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 300 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 26 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Lau-Balagnas, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Nearby Argelès-Gazost (3km from the town centre) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
