“The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. “The exterior, lobby and restaurant are clean and welcoming. That ends when you step off the elevator. The halls are dark, dirty with torn soiled carpet, and desperately need renovation. The room is dirty, depressing, dark and old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Clearly a mattress from 10-15 years ago. Linen was clean. The bathroom has not been touched in decades. “Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway.
