“very helpful, when we reported an issue maintenance was right there to help and friendly. would definitely book there a gain”

“There was either ants or termites in my room. Small black insects.”

“Great stay”

“Bra läge från I-20.”

“The rooms look nice and clean. Parking free and convenient. Close to many places to eat.”

“Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was.”

“Overall very pleased with the hotel and the room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. The pillows were the square type, which are not my favorite, and they weren’t very comfortable. The bed, however, was very comfortable. “Hotel and staff were ok. Hotel is outdated but clean.”

“The beds were comfortable and clean the bathtub was a little dirty but nothing crazy. The breakfast was kinda disappointing all they had was tiny bagels and waffles cereal and very watered down coffee and juice.”

I have visited similar accomodations in other less developed countries, and this is for sure the worst I've ever been to. Check in: The front desk was not even aware I had booked online on Expedia and charged me a different price than what I booked for. Room: AC is initially off, so the...
