“It was really close to the beach and a lot of the activities that we were doing it was less than 30 minutes away the only thing was it needs to be upgraded a little maintenance .And it needs new bedding it says non-smoking but are blankets was full of cigarette holes it was I will stay again. really good price”

“This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member.”

“The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

“pros: good location house is exactly as seen in photos kitchen is a great size cons: the toilet in the family washroom didn't work so well ( got stuck on flushing ) ice maker on the fridge was not functioning overall it was a good stay I suggest something be done to the back yard to make it feel homey and usable”

“The property met the expectations from the pictures and was a great spot to stay if you need to be in this area. The interior was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen has appropriate appliances and supplies. The property is a typical "Old Florida" type of place. It's not huge and the bathroom is small. This is how houses were built and people lived before everything was supersized. That being said, it was perfect for the wife and I. I wouldn't bring 4+ people as it would be too...
