“First off, through no fault of the amazing staff the rooms here are in no way sound proof! You could hear conversatioms through the walls, and the people upstairs walking and rolling in the office chair. It is defintley pet friendly and you can hear pets in other rooms. Our pet was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us in every aspect of our stay. They stored our frozen foods in the freezer because we didnt expect not to have one. They also gave us earplugs for the noise....
