Bungalow with a swimming pool

The house is located in a residential area 10 minutes walk from the center of the village where you will find all the local shops (pharmacy, 2 butchers, greengrocer, baker, cheesemonger), cafes and restaurants, and a playground for children. A large superU is 5 minutes away by car. Lots of beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside, the Luberon mountains. Lauris is 30 minutes by car from Aix en Provence, 45 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from Marseille. Possibility to park in the garden or outside. The house adjoins the municipal stadium.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it benefits from an office where you can isolate yourself to work in peace. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available in all rooms. The swimming pool is fully secured. There is a trampoline in the garden, toys and books for small children, a high chair, a travel cot. This is my main residence, where I live all year round. It is therefore well equipped and comfortable. I have a cat that I cannot move. She is autonomous with a cat flap and a kibble vending machine. She spends most of her time outside. You won't have to do anything except love cats! I take care of the maintenance of the pool myself. I am bilingual French/English
