My home away from home!
This was my 3rd stay at Vincenzo’s lovely home and I’ve already booked it for next year. He and his family are incredible and the house with its amazing views is absolutely stunning. It is a great base on the Ligurian coast whether venturing out or just staying in for a day to enjoy and relax. Simply my favorite place ever!

Eine fantastische Wohnung! Yacuzzi eine Wohltat zum Entspannen. Allerdings war zu wenig Chlor im Wasser ... nach 3 Tagen bei allen Hautjucken durch Bakterien :-( Aber insgesamt ein top Spot!

Beautiful Villa by the coast with spectacular sea views and with all comforts, great hosts
We stayed here during the off-season in late Nov-early December time and were very happy with the location close to the Cavi beach and in 7 minutes drive (20 min walk down hill) to Sestri Levante and Lavagna where we had excellent dining experiences. Vincenzo was very supportive and always available as needed and we were able to dine in and eat out. We were allowed to park in the indoor garage. Even in wintry and rainy weather, the apt is cozy and highly recommended as a place to unwind and enjoy Ligurian experience. Dog friendly villa and neighbourhood. It was a 5 star experience

2 weeks in Cavi
There were 8 of us for the first week and 4 for the second week. We had an amazing time both weeks! There were 3 couples and 2 singles that shared a room. One of us uses a wheelchair, so we used the elevator. However, the shower in the accessible room is tight if you are completely immobile. Vincenzo was a great host! He helped us set up a private chef one night that was fabulous! I’d love to go back! We spent many days in Sestri Di Levante next to Cavi and it’s also where the grocery is. We highly recommend Il Bargenello pizza in Sestri and a visit to the accessible winery tour at Cantina Bisson.

Amazing view beautiful villa
Our host was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and giving us ideas of places to go. The Villa itself is very roomy for 4 couples. I would highly recommend staying here. Getting a bus to Sesti Laventa is easy to walk to. Then a train to the Cinque Terre area is very easy. We utilized the hot tub quite a bit.

Amazing view and GREAT Host
We had 4 couples that rented the villa together and were all impressed and would definitely return. The villa and views were just as pictured. The host was amazing!!! I don't know if you would find a better host than Vincent. He lives on the property and was so helpful during our entire stay. He picked us up from the train station and made two trips to get all of us and our luggage to and from the villa. He also brought us the the grocery store so we could pick up groceries for the week. He coordinated an amazing chef to come to the villa for a cooking class/dinner experience which was wonderful. The villa was spacious with an elevator to get to the various floors. We enjoyed evenings on the patio, in the hot tub and watching the sunset. We each had our own bedroom and bathrooms. Even though some showers were small, that wasn't an issue since we didn't have to share. When we booked this villa, we thought it was one of the Cinque Terre villages, but it is one of the outer ones between Portofino and the Cinque Terra villages. It was easy to get to all of them. Since the villa was higher up (spectacular views), it was a walk down the hill to get to the train that brought us to the various villages. We actually preferred staying in this village as it wasn't as over crowded with tourists, but just as beautiful. We LOVED IT.

Beautiful Home
We stayed at Vincenzo's villa in September 2023. Vincenzo is a wonderful host! He took our friends to the market when they arrived as my husband and I arrived a few days later. When we had to leave for Tuscany, Vincenzo was very helpful arranging our cars. The view from the villa is spectacular. It is super clean and well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are all beautiful; we fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. It doesn't get better than that! Thank you Vincenzo, for everything!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche zu siebt in Vincenzos Villa verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Highlights sind der gut gepflegte Jacuzzi und der Ausblick! Vincenzo ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich sehr gut um seine Gäste kümmert!

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub
Wir hatten zu 8 einen wundervollen Familienurlaub mit einer traumhaften Aussicht! Vor allem aus dem Whirlpool heraus, den Vincenzo unser Vermieter regelmäßig gepflegt hat! Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer hat das dazu passende Bad. Die Küche hat alles was man zum kochen benötigt und ist ausreichend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet! Für die Kinder war der Kühlschrank mit dem Eiswürfelspender ein besonderes Highlight. Wir Erwachsenen haben uns sehr über den Grill auf der Terrasse gefreut! Kurzum es fehlte uns an nichts und es war ein sehr gelungener Familienurlaub! Gerne wieder!

The View
This is our second time staying in Vincenzo’s home. The view cannot be beat. You will enjoy the attention to detail that makes a difference, from the ice maker, filtered water, plenty of pillows to the awning over the outdoor table. Upgrades have been made since last time like the kitchen has been redone, and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. A very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Hervorragend Unterkunft: sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 😍
Wir waren super zufrieden in der Villa. Unser Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit (v.a. gute Reisetipps). Die Zimmer waren sauber und jedes Paar hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer sowie der beheizte Whirlpool. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Dorf. Super Busanbindung. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter. 👍

Beautiful view of the sea
We really enjoyed our stay at Vicenzo's house. The house itself is very comfortable with lots of space, but the best feature is definitely the deck that faces the water. We spent lots of time out there, soaking in the sun. It was a perfect spring vacation. Vicenzo is a great host and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The location is perfect for day trips to places like Portofino, Santa Margherita, Cinque Terre, and Genoa.

Fabulous!
I can’t say enough great things about this property. It was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for our retreat to/from Cinque Terre. The views and sunsets, were spectacular. Nested on a quiet street, we had all the peace and quietness for great nights of relaxation. Located a short walk to the Cavi train station, we caught the train(45-50 minutes) into the five villages of Cinque Terre, daily. Property owner/manager Vincenzo, was very communicative and very helpful in getting us taxis, running us to the grocery store and to train station in Sestri Levante. He made sure we were comfortable, and had enough firewood to enjoy the fireplace. We would, without hesitation, stay here again and we would highly recommend.

Great Villa Great View
This is a great villa with a great view of the Mediterranean. It is very beautiful. We went to sleep every night listening to the waves from the Mediterranean. The villa is in an excellent location with easy access to Cinque Terra, Portofino, and Genoa with reasonable drives to Pisa and Siena. It is a great villa with a great view in a great location.

Familientreffen
Wir haben mit unserer 93jährigen Mutter ein paar wundervolle Tage im Hausverbracht. Der Aufzug hat es unserer Mutter im Rollstuhl ermöglicht sich „frei“ im ganzen Haus zu bewegen, auf der Wohnebene helfen kleine Rampen die Stufe problemlos zu überwinden. Kochen war in dieser Küche eine wirkliche Freude - den Grill auf der Terrasse haben wir ebenfalls benutzt. Man kann auf dem Bildern ja schon einen Eindruck vom Haus gewinnen - unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Wir danken sehr herzlich für die Möglichkeit, ein paar unbeschwerte Tage in seinem Haus verbringen zu dürfen.

Amazing experience
We stayed at 3 places during our 2 week visit to Italy. This multi-leveled villa with spectacular views of the Ligurian Sea was the highlight. It is serviced by a unique elevator from the parking garage up to the main living room and the next level with 3 of the bedrooms. This home was spotless with the best of kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Beds and linens were high end and exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor patios were perfect for sunbathing, dining and sipping Chianti while marvelling at the vistas. We used the gas BBQ one evening and it was just like home. This was one of the best VRBO accommodations we have ever stayed in and I recommend booking early. You should arrange a boat trip along the coast to Portofino. Be sure to make a dinner reservation at Impronta d’acqua, a Michelin starred restaurant that will pick you up at the villa; their food and service were exceptional.

The sea views from this hillside villa are gorgeous, and we loved relaxing on the terraces. The house is located a short walk uphill from the adorable village of Cavi, which has a handful of great restaurants and beach clubs. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. Cavi was a great base to explore the Ligurian coast - we loved visiting Camogli, Santa Margarita, Portofino, Chiavari, Sestri Levante. We also loved our days spent at the beach in Cavi.

Traumhaus mit Superblick
Das geräumige Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern war ideal für uns drei Ehepaare. Komplett eingerichtete Küche sogar mit US-Kühlschrank (Eis-Crasher!). Der Blick von der Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen. Treppen führen problemlos den Hügel hinunter zu einigen Restaurants. Der Ort Cavi ist nicht so prickelnd, aber in fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Sestri Levante mit seinem Jachthafen, dem Silence-Beach und der tollen Altstadt mit zahllosen Restaurants. Vincenzo, der Besitzer, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und liest seinen Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Kaffeemaschine etwas lahm - am nächsten Tag stand eine brandneue da. Geschirrspüler muckte, am selben Tag kam ein Monteur. Vincenzo begleitete unseren erkrankten Freund sogar ins Krankenhaus und besorgte anschließend ganz kurzfristig einen Arzttermin. Der beste Gastgeber, den wir je hatten! Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

Vincnezo is the perfect host. Greeted us on our arrival making "check in" a breeze. Wonderful space with incredible views! Plenty of room to accommodate up to 8 guests without ever feeling cramped for space in this 3 level home. Well equipped kitchen made sharing meals a pleasure. Wonderful quaint dining and shopping available within walking distance from this home down a series of stairs along the hillside. Easy travel up and down the coast via train from Sestri Levanti station located less than 10 min away. Visited Cinque Terre, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita and Camogli with ease. Perfect relaxing way to explore the Italian Riviera!

Paradise in Cavi
This villa in Cavi with a seaview was a perfect stay to end our time in Italy. The house was spacious and the host was extremely helpful with activity suggestions, directions, and the check in process. We were able to park our rented van in the garage below. The sea views were spectacular and the day trips from Cavi were exceptional especially Cinque Terre. We all looked forward to time in the hot tub. 5 star review!

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Die Lage ist sehr gut und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ort. Den Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und er hat uns auch einige Empfehlungen gegeben, er ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten mit unserer Familie eine traumhafte Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung!

Wir haben 8 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht☀️Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer und alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.Dies war perfekt für uns,Freunde/Familie. Vincenzo,der Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und sowas von freundlich.Die Restaurants in dem Dorf waren auch top und der Service super.Wir probieren nächstes Jahr sicherlich nochmals zu kommen😍 Grazie mille Vincenzo

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und Enkeln mit 10 Personen in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre, weil jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat.Die Aussicht und der Jacuzzi sind einfach Atemberaubend. Vom Haus geht ein Fußweg (Treppen) ins Dorf und zum Strand der selbst mit kleinen Kindern in 10Minuten zu bewältigen ist. Der Vermieter Vincento ist sehr freundlich und hält sich für Fragen oder notwendige Unterstützung dezent in Hintergrund. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It doesn’t get better than this!!
Everything about this house was excellent. Vincenzo was a great host from prompt replies before our trip to being available for whatever we needed during the trip. He and his lovely family live downstairs in a separate unit but our house felt private. It was great having him so close. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The room set up was great for our extended family of 7. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was awesome. We could walk to the small town below us and to the beach. The private parking spot in the garage was something very welcome. And the elevator from the garage to the house made the trip just that much easier. The washing machine also came in handy and worked well. And then there was the view and the hot tub. This kids lived in the hot tub. The grownups also enjoyed it while taking in the view with our glasses of wine. We made good use of the propane BBQ. I would heartily recommend this beautiful house. Furniture and beds were comfortable. View and location was premier. Hospitality was top of the line.

Incredible view!
Perfect home for 2 families with young kids. Vincenzo had great recommendations for nearby restaurants and hikes! Great proximity for a day trip to Cinque Terre (less than 1 hour train ride). The kitchen is well- equipped with quality appliances and great for preparing family meals with a million dollar view! Our kids loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Die Hütte ist traumhaft mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter war auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Uns hat ein bisschen gestört, dass er nicht geklingelt hat, wenn er von der unteren Wohnung in unsere kam. Wir sind zum Teil ein bisschen erschrocken und war uns ein bisschen unangenehm. Ansonsten alles Top!!
