  • A very charming apartment, renovated in August 2020, in a mountain style with a cozy sitting area in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen offering everything you need for cooking. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation in a quiet part of the resort, just a 2-minute drive from downtown and offering ski-in/ski-out access thanks to the shuttle that stops right in front of the apartment. The residence is located at the base of hiking and mountain biking trails. A complete change of scenery is guaranteed. Maximum enjoyment.

Séjour agréable au Lioran

Appartement agreable, rénové et bien équipé. Bien situé, proche de la station du Lioran et du télésiège Masseboeuf à Font d'Alagnon.Points à améliorer : literie, douche, tuyauterie de la salle de bain, aération/ventilation du logement.

Problème d'hygiène litterie

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé. Tres gros bémol sur l'hygiène de la litterie. Les matelas sont sans alaises et les oreillers et couettes très sales : taches et grosses auréoles.

déçu par l'appartement: propreté m'médiocre, absence de hotte dans la cuisine absence de la porte séparative entre couloir ( chambre enfant) et séjour, absence de VMC dans salle de bains, porte d'entrée a régler, literie enfants deplorable plus dégâts des eaux pendant le séjour.pour les plus: parking bien agencé, immeuble très calme, communs propre situation proche des sites du lioran

Un beau potentiel, mais manque d'entretien (saleté, humidité, fuite d'eau) et d'accessoires (couverts insuffisants, peu de rangements, ballon d'eau chaude limite pour 4 personnes). Dommage.

Déçus mais bon emplacement

L'appartement a un bon potentiel mais il manque cruellement d'entretien.La porte de la douche est casée donc c'est dangereux pour un enfant et l'eau ne s'évacue pas. Les toilettes fuient. Traces de moisissures. dans tout l'appartement

Descriptif de la location avec 1 chambre Faux, puisqu’il s’agit d’un studio-cabine. VMC non entretenue, les moisissures s’y développent allègrement ! Pas de quoi faire sécher du linge. Couvertures peu attirantes, une est même en piteux état et lits pour enfants qui laissent à désirer. Échanges froids et distants, je suis originaire du coin et j’ai honte d’une telle pratique.
