The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional two-story stone building in the quiet village of Piano di Peccia. This spacious apartment is flooded with natural light and enjoys breathtaking mountain views. Guests also have access to a private balcony where they can bask in the sun and enjoy al fresco dining.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a sofa, a large dining table, and a flat-screen digital HD TV. This area also includes the kitchen, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer.

The property is located in the quiet alpine village of Piano di Peccia, nestled in the heart of the Swiss Maggia Valley. Surrounded by imposing peaks, wooded trails, and mountain streams, it is the ideal base for hiking and wildlife watching. Visitors can spend days exploring the Val Lavizzara trail, which connects the villages of Peccia, Mogno (17-minute drive), Fusio (20-minute drive), Brontallo (18-minute drive), and Broglio (12-minute drive). From Fusio, travellers can also hike to the picturesque alpine lake Lago di Mognola, while a 30-minute drive takes you to Bavona and one of Switzerland\'s most iconic waterfalls, the Foroglio Waterfall (Cascata di Foroglio).

Art enthusiasts will appreciate the Peccia International Sculpture Center (8-minute drive), which celebrates the valley\'s long tradition of marble working with workshops and exhibitions.
