Welcome to The Woodford House! This charming, historic home is located directly on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail! With 8 local distilleries (the closest one only 4 minutes away), 2 local wineries, and the picturesque Lawrenceburg main street within walking distance, you will have plenty to fill your itinerary! This home offers four spacious bedrooms, three full baths, a well-appointed kitchen, and a speakeasy-style Bourbon Room. Sit back, lift your spirits, and welcome to the Woodford House!

Make your Bourbon Trail excursion all the more special by staying in one of the original homes in the county! 4 minutes to Wild Turkey. 9 minutes to Four Roses & 20 minutes to Woodford Reserve. Free wifi. Full home amenities for a party of 8. We welcome well-behaved pets too!

We had a lovely stay in the Woodford House! Everything was so clean, spacious and comfortable! We especially loved all the natural light which made the home so bright and cheerful! We really appreciated that we could be there with our dogs, and they felt right at home. The property was perfectly located for visiting distilleries and Keeneland! We highly recommend!

Overall very happy with the accommodations. Great overall spaces (especially the sitting room). Only critical feedback would be sharpening the knives (dull knives can be dangerous) and there is a noisy chase in one of the rooms when the heat turned on. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

This house is very, very clean! The woodwork and original features are beautiful. Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and a coffee bar. Very close to distilleries and shopping (short drives). The owners were super responsive and went above and beyond to offer anything we may need! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the charm of this 1890’s house. It was perfect for our needs while attending a wedding at the Ripy House. Very close to everything we needed! Craft pizza, wedding venue, and Hype Nutrition all within minutes! We really enjoyed the bourbon room to lounge in and visit with family while in town! And the coffee bar was very well stocked! Highly recommend!

The kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities and fully stocked kpods which were a very nice surprise to make life easier in the morning. The house is beautiful with historic charm but modern conveniences. Our favorite room was the Bourbon room. We had a great family get together in a beautiful place.

Wonderful home. Great for large groups. Located near bourbon trail. The only con is near police station and railroad so can be loud at night. If you use earplugs no issue.

Graduation and Bourbon trail

Great place to stay and host a gathering. Plenty of space, multiple seating areas, wonderful decor. Walking distance to Downtown Lawrenceburg. Short drive to several distilleries and 30 mins to Lexington!

40th Birthday Celebration Kentucky Derby Style

We stayed at this property as we were attending the Kentucky Derby to celebrate a couple of us turning 40. We also wanted to hit a couple of the distilleries on the bourbon trail. The house was amazing it was super clean and had so much character. It is set in a cute historic town that is starting to build itself back up, and is so close to most of the distilleries on the trail. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip all the more memorable as we never had to worry about where we were staying.

Bourbon Tour 2025

We loved the central location. Woodford house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The fire pit created a fun place to hang out in the evening. 3 full Bathrooms made our stay very comfortable for 3 couples. We highly recommend this home!🥃
