âWe really enjoyed our stay at the Banoge House. We were coming in late and the host, John, stayed up to greet us and show us around when we came in. He is friendly, welcoming, and cooks a delicious Irish breakfast.

Bed was so comfortable one of the best beds that I have stayed in, room was a brilliant size!!! Definitely will be back!! â

Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. âThe staff at Haslem Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was lovely. Lisburn is a quiet area outside of Belfast with a quick train into the city. It was nice to have a quiet retreat at the end of our days exploring. The hotel was a great base for us with our rental car to Derry and the Giant's Causeway as well. The area has lots of pubs, coffee shops, convenience stores and groceries. There is a cinema across the street. I would book this hotel...
âIt's a house with multiple lockable rooms where guests can stay.
I liked that the kitchen was self-service. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. We also used the refrigerator for our own stuff. There was a big supermarket 150 meters from the house and a McDonald's even closer.
Downsides:
Check-in was a bit strict, just 13.00 to 14.00. The host may be more flexible with the times if you call them well ahead of time but our flight changed schedule to arrive three hours earlier than...
