Staff at check in was not very friendly. Hallway outside room was freezing cold, felt like we were outside-but the room at least was warm. Room was not very clean, splatters of something all up the base of the cabinets/dressers. No microwave in the room, but we did locate one in the “vending” and ice machine room-although there was no vending machine to be seen. Lost all water pressure at one point and had to fill the ice bucket at the bathroom sink about 20 times in order to flush the toilet. Tried calling the front desk, guess what? No phone. IT came and fixed the phone and apparently the water pipes burst and were fixed shortly after so we did resume water pressure by bedtime. Beds were super comfortable, and mattress had zipped up protectors which was good-no evidence of bed bugs, Thank Goodness!! Casino staff were very friendly and helpful. Not sure I’d stay there again. Not sure where the “Wonderful “ rating came from!!
