“I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters".
