The bright 70sqm Dream View apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the first floor, in a panoramic position just 500 metres from the lakeside walk and beach and about 1 km from the historic centre of Lazise, rich in shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants. The apartment has a large living area with a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, small oven, pod coffee machine, toaster. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV (no satellite) and overlooks a magnificent terrace with a view of the Lake and the historic Pergolana villa. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs to enjoy romantic sunset dinners. Double bedroom and small bedroom with two single beds, windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, wifi and garage available to guests. Condominium swimming pool a few metres from the apartment (opening guaranteed from 20/04/2025 to 30/09/2025). Small animals are allowed with a supplement. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
