“This is our first time camping since 30years ago. We enjoyed this experience; the camping tent inside is clean; bugs free and a lot of room to move around. The bathroom is clean as well; it is bit far from our tenant; then we drove to it before bedtime:) It is a bit chill from 3am to 8am; please bring a jacket. We did not need a heater. “The room was quite but we had some issues with cleaning. One day the the covering was left laying on the floor and the second day there was no cleaning in the shower. The fridge was to cold so our food and drinks got frozen and we had to throw away some of it. The stay was including breakfast but the hotel has a strange system were you can choose one thing to eat and one thing to drink or order from the menu and get 8 USD off each guest. "The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. "
