This functional apartment features a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a storage closet, and a mezzanine that sleeps two people thanks to two 80cm beds. These can be joined together to form a queen-size bed using a mattress topper.

The access ladder is limited to 90 kg.

A terrace allows you to dine outdoors or simply sunbathe while enjoying a superb view of the marina and the Salses-Leucate lake.

This apartment comes with a numbered space in a large parking lot located at the rear of the residence. This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and offers exceptional views of the Coudalère Peninsula harbor, the nearby Pyrenees, and the marine lake.

As part of your rental, you will have access to:
- an aquatic area with two pools and a water play area for children and adults.
The pool is open from April to October and is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a wristband, which you will receive upon arrival. Please note: no floating shorts are permitted.

- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or for more physical exercise.

In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach Place de la Martinique. Markets, concerts, and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike.
Near the marine lake beach and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you year-round. From the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers with the Pyrenees as a backdrop.

At La Coudalère, which can be compared to a village, your children can play safely with their friends, since here, pedestrians are king and cars are confined outside.
