In the commune of Le Boulou, we offer this charming 130 m² house with mountain views and private swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 2,300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, TV
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Shower room with WC

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) with an alarm, dimensions: 10mx5m. Open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September.
- A beautiful unfenced garden of 2,300 m².
- 3 terraces, one of which is covered. Tables and chairs to enjoy the fine weather

In addition to the house's private swimming pool, the accommodation gives access to another large swimming pool and a tennis court in the centre of the estate.

The house is ideally located in Le Boulou, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and private car park of the house (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Perpignan SNCF train station is about 30 minutes away by car
- Perpignan airport is about 30 minutes away by car.

Other comments :
- Swimming pool: The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions
- Free access to a swimming pool and tennis court at the Chartreuses centre.
- The fireplace is not operational
- A cot and high chair are available free of charge.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited (whether using household sockets or any other installation in the property). In case of non-compliance, a flat-rate compensation based on the additional electricity consumption will be charged
