La Martinière | Norman longhouse, large garden

The house features a large enclosed garden, and on the ground floor, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. Also on this floor are a bedroom, a bathroom, and a children's playroom. The second floor comprises two adjoining bedrooms and a bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire house and its exterior. Parking is available in front of the house. Check-in via self check-in for more flexibility.

Our MRMConciergerie team, based in Cany-Barville, is on hand before, during and after your stay to answer your questions.

Check-in is self-service from 5 pm using a secure key box; all instructions are sent to you before you arrive. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, for an extra charge.

Walking trails through the countryside start right from the house. Just:
6 km from the beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Quiberville, where you'll find local fishermen

3 km from Veules-les-Roses, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" and renowned for its oysters

3 km from Luneray, with all the shops you need and its Sunday market

25 km from Dieppe, a lively and welcoming town with its seafront promenade, children's playground, restaurants, pedestrian street, market and, a short distance away, a shopping centre for all your needs.

No public transport nearby – a car is essential.

🚪 Departure instructions — Check-out before 10:00 AM

Before leaving the property, please:

🍽️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
🗑️ Take out all the rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (note: transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
🛏️ Remove the bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance of the property
🪟 Close all shutters and windows
🌡️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
🔑 Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
🧳 Do a final check of the property to make sure you haven't left anything behind
⚠️ Please report any issues that occurred during your stay before our cleaning team's check-out inspection
