This single-story, unoverlooked cottage, with access via a private entrance in the upper part (Liya Cottage in the lower part), is located on a 4,200m² estate shared with two other cottages. Guests will have access to a comfortable living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to a first bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, then a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a bathroom with a standard-sized shower, and a toilet. A third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed has a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. There is a separate toilet. A washing machine is shared between the three cottages. Two private terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Shared with two other cottages, this chlorine-treated swimming pool measures 9m x 4.5m and is 1.0m to 1.40m deep. It is secured by a cover. It is open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. Baby equipment available upon request. The price includes: sheets, towels, electricity, and heating. The price does not include: €50 end-of-stay cleaning.
The grounds are enclosed by a 1.80m fence. In an ideal location for discovering all the charms and gastronomy of the Périgord, this beautiful house is ideally located on the heights of Le Bugue in the Périgord Noir, with a beautiful panoramic view. Many sites to visit nearby: Gouffre de Proumeyssac, Cadouin Cistercian Abbey, Cingle de Trémolat, Les Eyzies de Tayac (capital of prehistory), Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, the medieval towns of Belvès and Sarlat, the bastide town of Monpazier, Limeuil, listed as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers...
A hiking trail is just a stone's throw from the cottage, along with a swimming pool and children's playground, for a successful family stay in the heart of the Périgord region.
