On the courtyard level, a large, friendly living room with kitchen open to the dining room and a bright relaxation area, and a PMR toilet. Heated by an ecological mass stove, it diffuses a gentle and constant heat. The owners, concerned about the environment, will be happy to explain its operation to you.
