Charming Maison Piscine et Nature welcomes you to Château-d'Oléron in a 100 m² villa set in a peaceful, landscaped park. The house accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms—including one in an adjoining studio—and 2 bathrooms. The living area features an open, well-equipped kitchen: cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, and filter coffee maker. There’s 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm), a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. The studio offers a double bed (160 cm), its own bathroom, and toilet. Amenities include a washing machine, dedicated workspace, and a tennis court 15 minutes’ walk away.



Enjoy the private garden with outdoor furniture and pétanque court. Relax on the covered terrace or the sun terrace with loungers. A plancha is available for outdoor cooking. The private heated pool is secured with an electric cover.



Two parking spaces are available on the property, with additional street parking. Events are not permitted.



The property is 10 minutes by bike from the village center, where you’ll find shops, a market, restaurants, and bike rentals. Vert Bois ocean beach and Dolus d’Oléron aquatic center are 20 minutes by bike.



Bed linens and towels can be provided for an extra fee.



The accommodation must be left as clean as on arrival.



Cleaning is not included and must be done by you, but can be booked for an extra fee.
