This vacation studio is located on the ground floor and features an entrance hall with storage, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, mini-oven, and microwave, opening onto a living room with a 140cm fold-out bed.
A covered loggia houses the table and two additional beds (bunk beds).
Outside, there is a small terrace overlooking the secure parking lot.

The pluses of this beachfront rental: Proximity to the sea and the marina entrance, air conditioning, a swimming pool, and shared parking.

Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, subject to health and weather conditions.
