In the heart of Europe's largest marina, the Escale Port residence spans two floors. This vacation studio is located on the ground floor and comprises an entrance hall with storage, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, mini-oven, and microwave, opening onto a living area with a double Murphy bed (140 cm).

A covered loggia provides a dining table and two additional sleeping spaces (bunk beds). Outside, there is a small terrace overlooking the secure parking area.
