THE ACCOMMODATION:

-Strategic location: The Super Lavandou neighborhood is highly sought after for its ideal location, halfway between Bormes-les-Mimosas and the center of Le Lavandou. It offers the perfect balance between proximity to amenities and tranquility. A place that’s close to everything… yet set back from the hustle and bustle, for a peaceful vacation without feeling isolated.

-Living area: 66 m² + 67 m² of outdoor space, including a terrace.

-Main orientation: Northeast

2 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a desk. A computer monitor is available if needed (monitor only, no CPU).
- One with bunk beds: double bed 140x200 on the bottom + a single bed 90x200

- Capacity: accommodates up to 5 people maximum + 1 baby.

- Storage available: wardrobes (one in each bedroom).

- The property is equipped with electric roller shutters to darken each room.

-Modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

-Separate toilet near the entrance.

-Laundry area: washing machine in the bathroom + drying rack and ironing facilities.

-Living/Dining Room: a cozy space to relax and enjoy meals with family or friends. Please note: TV area with limited channels: access to Molotov TV (channels 2, 3, 4, Arte, BFM, and CSTAR available; TF1, M6, and W9 are not accessible at this time). Apps such as Netflix, Canal+, and Disney+ are pre-installed, but you will need to log in with your own credentials.

-Wi-Fi available (fiber).

-Open kitchen with new appliances: coffee machine (DeLonghi Nespresso-style + an Italian machine), dishwasher, oven...

-Terrace: large terrace + garden area, ideal for enjoying an aperitif or relaxing on the lounge chairs (please note that the apartment is on the ground floor and is visible from the street!).

-Parking: 2 private parking spaces (one outside, one in the residence’s underground garage, accessible with the gate remote control) + additional visitor parking spaces are also available within the residential complex.

-Note: The apartment does not yet have air conditioning, but new ceiling fans are available for your comfort in the bedrooms and living room. Reminder: The north-east exposure limits heat even during the summer.

SURROUNDINGS:

-Nearby: Shops, supermarkets, beaches, bakeries, greengrocers and the local market (Thursday mornings) are all close by.

-Walking access: A small path on the street opposite the residence (Rue de Belvédère) will take you to the centre of Le Lavandou in about 15 minutes.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have access to the entire residence and its amenities, as well as private use of the apartment and two designated parking spaces (one outdoors and one in the underground parking garage).
