Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in Le Lavandou, less than two kilometres from the beaches. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and a terrace of around 13 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and a Krups coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared swimming pool of approximately 80 m² (unheated), open from May to the end of September, fenced off with a security access card

The flat is ideally situated in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
On foot, the Chemin de la Chapelle, situated just 50 m from the residence on the left, leads you directly to the town centre and the beach, which is about 900 m away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s two private parking spaces (one in the underground car park and one above ground).
