Pierre de Mercoeur House

Located in one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” and featuring a large private garden, enjoy your stay in the heart of the Margeride region. In the medieval town of Malzieu, the Pierre de Mercoeur house is a spacious, comfortable vacation rental with Wi-Fi (fiber), a Finnish sauna, a bathroom and separate toilet for each of the 4 bedrooms, and a living room with a fireplace/stove (firewood provided). Just 200 meters away is a beautiful, enclosed garden on the banks of the Truyère River. All shops, services, and activities are right on site. - First floor: kitchen, living room, restroom. - First floor: Coquelicot bedroom with 1 bed (160×200), Iris bedroom with 2 beds (90×200), sauna, baby equipment. - Second floor: “Cottages” bedroom with 1 bed (160×200), “Colombe” bedroom with 2 beds (90×200), laundry room, library. Natural materials and composting contribute to sustainable development. Heating is billed based on usage and must be paid on-site (€0.27 per kWh). An electric car charging station is located 150 meters from the cottage (in the supermarket parking lot). Pets are not allowed.
