“Bad service at check in, everyone seemed confused and it took a long time for no reason. We had small sleeping children so it was not a good experience. The next morning we went down to the pool just to discover that it was closed and only open between 13-21 in the afternoon. This does not make sense. “An exclusive hotel in a wonderful, old building with lots of charm and with a modern twist. A spacy room with nice amenities. Very warm and welcoming staff and valet parking that worked perfectly. Quite complicated to get to your rooms due to the buildings architecture. Location is perfect. Right next to the historical center of Rouen which definitely is worth a visit.”
