Less than 50 km south-east of Bordeaux, between the vineyards and the Garonne, Le Pian sur Garonne offers a beautiful view of the valley.

This is where this charming old house is located, renovated during 2020-2021. It can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family stay, and has all the necessary comfort: 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels provided.


The house
With a surface area of 70 m², this pretty old house is spread over 2 levels as follows

Ground floor
- A living room of 25 m² composed of a lounge and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. The fireplace is not usable.
- A family kitchen of 12 m² fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker with hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... A central table allows you to have your breakfasts in all tranquillity.
- A shower room with washbasin and towel rail
- A storeroom
- Separate WC
- A master suite with dressing room, adjoining shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, towel rail) and WC.

Floor
- Attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), with a small window


The house has storage cupboards in each room, and an umbrella bed is also available if needed.
The walls of the house are thick (old construction).

Exterior :
A tiled front door, shaded by a large lime tree, is furnished with a round table, chairs and garden bench for your outdoor dining desires! South-west exposure.


Neighbourhood
In this charming village of about 900 inhabitants, you will enjoy a total disconnection in the countryside: no immediate neighbours, vineyards around, etc.
Shops: bakery and pastry shop 50m away. In Saint-Macaire, a small medieval village 2 km away, you will find restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor, a mini-market, a bakery, a newspaper shop, a hairdresser and a dentist.
