- 2 bedrooms downstairs including one with an extra set of twin beds (1X2 and 1X4)
- 4 bedrooms upstairs including one with a set of twin beds and another one with an extra set of children bunk beds (3X2 and 1X4 with bunk bed for children only)

* 4 bathrooms including one with bathtub and 3 with toilets (plus 2 separated half baths),
* 2 vast living rooms, 2 sun-rooms and 2 kitchens: 2 entire apartments on the top of each other with access from the inside (stairways) and from the outside (no stairs).

- Huge front and backyard with 2 BBQs areas (bring your own charcoal)

- Detailed list of guests required at reservation. Number of guests can be modified until the last minute.
- All guests must sleep in bedrooms (verify beds arrangements before booking since no one is allowed to sleep on sofas or airbeds)
-No guests from the outside, booked guests only (unless previously agreed on with owner).

*NOTE: Our place is the perfect place for Companies to organize Team Building activities for up to 9 Professionals, all sleeping in different beds. It is also possible to gather everyone in the same room for Professional Presentations.

CHECK IN /CHECK OUT: Guests are invited to check-in after 5pm (self check in/ key box) and check out is before 11 am (check out procedure includes a walkthrough and restitution of the keys in person). If you would like to request an early check in or a late check out, it will need to be approved by our cleaning crew first. Know that, if available, each of an early check in or a late check out could be offered to you at an extra cost of 250 euros. For managing reason, theses extra fees cover part of the previous or following night that could not be booked by other guests. __________NOTE: If you rent part of the house only (level 1 or 2), the other floor remains unoccupied during your stay so you will still be alone on the premises with full access to the garden, parking etc.

*Ours rates are decreasing and depend on the number of guests (for example 8 guests pay less than 16) Extra fees per night per guest after 10 guests. Maximum is 16 guests, no exception (14 adults max).
