“Bad service at check in, everyone seemed confused and it took a long time for no reason. We had small sleeping children so it was not a good experience. The next morning we went down to the pool just to discover that it was closed and only open between 13-21 in the afternoon. This does not make sense. “Trevligt hotel med lyxig känsla i barnvänlig atmosfär. Bra buffé som dock var svår att boka då ingen talade engelska och franskan var dialektal. Problem även vid incheckningen då bokningen inte registrerats av hotellet. Dock löste sig allt till det bästa.”
