This newly built cabin combines luxury and comfort with unbeatable access to skiing, snowboarding, ATV/snowmobile trails, and all the Black Hills has to offer. Featuring expansive decks and patios, a cozy fire table, spacious gathering areas, and two private hot tubs, this home was designed for both relaxation and adventure.

Perfect for large groups and families, the Nitz Carlton offers 6 bedrooms across three levels, two living spaces, and entertainment for all ages. Whether you’re enjoying the mountain views from the deck, gathering around the fireplace, or challenging friends to a game of pool or foosball, this cabin has it all.

Guests have access to the entire property. Pets are allowed but you must let us know if you have a pet and there is a limit of 2 pets allowed. $50/pet.

This is a beautiful area of the Black Hills. It is on the Terry Peak Ski Area - over 6000 ft elevation. The scenery is beautiful.

Nearby Attractions:

■ Terry Peak Ski Area: just a 1.0 miles from the cabin to the main ski lodge

Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. 1.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.

*4-wheel drive is required for winter driving conditions*



Other Things to Note:

This cabin is at the back of the development in a more private location. Annie Creek Lodge is next door if you have a bigger group and need 2 homes.

Pet Friendly - up to 2 dogs allowed. *You must let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a $50/pet fee and you are responsible for cleaning up after the pet inside and outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Access and Parking:  Driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles.  1.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.
