  • This lakeside cabin sits on 150 feet with dreamy sunset views across the lake and misty, magical sunrise views in the morning. To beat the heat, go for a swim right off our shore for a clean, refreshing dip. Guests looking for an adventure can rent kayaks or canoes up the road at Pelee Wings Nature Store to explore the lake or hit the wetlands at Point Pelee National Park. Our property features two cottages—the Green Jelly Bean Tiny Home Cabin and the Red Jelly Bean Cabin. Both cottages share a large outdoor space, providing an opportunity to meet and connect with guests from the other cabin while still enjoying your own peaceful retreat. If you’re traveling with a larger group or seeking more privacy, you can inquire about renting both cottages; we’d be happy to provide you with more details.

Point Pelee National Park has implemented stricter regulations regarding the usage of their passes. The property, as described is right on the beach and very near to the Point Pelee National Park. The close proximity to the lake and the gorgeous views are worth the stay at the cabin. We loved waking up and having our meals on the beach. The kids enjoyed being in the water all day. The cabin itself is small but very cozy and has most amenities needed.

Adorable little cottage right on the beach and steps from the park gate. Tiny but equipped with everything you need. It was perfect for our little family of 3. Would recommend this place:)

Great location small cabin but wonderful host and Neighbors. The photos need to be updated as in the pics of the green Jelly bean cabin there is a stove but there was no stove just a hot plate and a toaster oven. Also the BBQ was across the other cabin not at the cabin we were staying at. All and all we had a great experience so we would definitely go back.

Much needed getaway

My family had a great time.My girls loved playing on the beach with the warm waves and the neighbour family were super sweet.The proximity to the park was great.We will for sure go back.

Petite maison très très près de l'entrée du Parc National. J'y étais pour la migration des oiseaux, début mai. J'étais seul et je me sentais coincé dans l'espace. Le lit était humide mais le chauffage portatif a réglé le problème. La douche est à l'extérieur (brrrr) donc je me suis lavé à la débarbouillette pendant les 2 nuits où j'y étais. Le propriétaire est très gentil et habite dans la maison voisine. Il est très disponible. Un gros plus: le propriétaire fourni un accès au parc gratuitement

Enjoyed the area, the sweet cottage, lovely beach, star gazing, local restaurants, biking to the tip of Point Pelee and the owner who was very generous and gave us a little history of the area!

Cute little rustic cottage on the beach. Watch the sunrise and sunset. Close to the Point Pelee National Park with a woodland walk/bike nature trails.

Cabin was as described, patio and beach access can't be beat. Close to all amenities. Wifi and TV could be better. We had to leave early unfortunately because of a family emergency. However looking forward to next year

Great time! Very clean and quaint. A lot of outdoor amenities and indoor had all the cooking supplies that you'd want to make nice meals on the BBQ or stove.

Great getaway!!!

Access to the lake for paddle boarding was a favorite feature. The proximity to Point Pelee park was a close second. We had a most relaxing time!

Cozy little cabin right on the beach. We didn't get to spend much time outside due to weather, but they did have a lot of activities available to enjoy. We enjoyed that they had a pass for us to use to go to Point Pelee park.

Cute beach cabin!

Great little cabin right on the water. Beautiful beach with lots of beach stuff available. Owners were very nice and relaxed. Quite small and it was bug season when I went out there, but I had a great time and will go again!

Beachfront cottage

My friend and I had a relaxing time at this sweet tiny cottage. Steps from Point Pelee. Very cozy beds with the wonderful sound of the water lapping. Gorgeous sunsets. Thanks Jamie for your hospitality.

Delightly surprised

We loved to be so close to the park and the water. The outside shower surprised us but was convinient to use. We were also surprised to be so close to the neighbors and share space but after acclimatation, it was very fine. I would go back any time

Bygone era blends with today

If you have memories of bygone cottages along a beachfront, then this is the perfect place to stay. Nan's Cottage has the building memories of bygone days combined beautifully with the modern things that we are used to. The backyard view is spectacular! Early morning coffee watching the suns rays dance on the gentle waves and ending your evening with a glass of wine while the moon beams sparkle on the dark lake water...a time of peaceful rest from an often frantic pace of life.
