“Can I just say fish fry at the reception desk I couldn’t believe it The lady had a hot plate going behind the counter frying fish, it might have been the man that was with her who was doing the cooking I was told to get rid of my water when I was at the pool area, walked past and the maintenance room smelled like cigarettes So fish fry and cigarettes, better not have water by the hot tub That’s all I’ve got”

“I watched the manager help an older gentleman pull his truck out of the parking space without hesitation. He went above and beyond. Friendly, respectful, and considerate. Excellent customer service”

“The hotel as such was perfectly OK and the pool area looked very nice although we never used it. The gym equipment however was very worn and rusty. Also the gym had neither towels nor disinfectant wipes. ”

“The host canceled our stay due to loss of heating. Unfortunately, she sent an email at midnight the night before our stay. I did not see the email and our whole family converged on the rental and were told it was unavailable. While I understand the need to cancel the reservation, I think a phone call would have been a better choice of notification. We were left trying to scramble for other accommodations for our family celebration at 4:00 pm on a Saturday.”
