“We felt right at home coming to the EJ Bowman house. Scott and Diane were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and history of this historic place. The breakfast was five stars. Diane made sure there were snacks, coffee, and tea whenever we needed. Everything was clean and had a peaceful vibe. We would highly recommend this place.”

“The property is completely misrepresented. It is big, unkept, dirty and uncomfortable. You have to climb up on a 3rd floor with no elevator available. The rooms are big and spooky with some kind of statures of Indians. Beds are uncomfortable. The pool is there and trash is swimming there as it is not available for swimming. Awful!”

“Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!”

“We stayed just one night and had a great experience. Kenneth, the host was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was large with king bed, small sitting space and attached bathroom. Temperature of room was perfect. The bed was very soft and comfortable. They had an electric car charger which was great to be able to charge over night for the trip home. Would stay at again if was in the area visiting.”

“Rooms, indeed the whole property was squeaky clean. Surprisingly large spot with a ton of room for family of 4 to spread out, loads of personal touches and homemade treats, and of course an awesome game room. Super convivial and flexible hostess went over and above to treat my family like her extended family and topped it all off with a banging parfait at breakfast. If you are on the fence about staying at this spot - just book it.”
