“We had reserved and paid for a 2 bed room but were given a single bed with a roll away. We were not given any advanced notice of the change and were not able to cancel and look for other accommodations. It was very hard to shower as the curtain did not reach the floor and had no barrier preventing the shower floor from flooding.”

We originally planned for two nights but had to extend our stay after our vehicle broke down and we couldn’t find a rental car or service because of the holiday weekend. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire situation.
