“Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . .”
“Beautiful property. 2nd time staying here. Breakfast was awesome both days. Enjoyed playing pool, horseshoes, and relaxing in the pool. Rosalie and Craig were fantastic hosts. They gave us great advice for dinner. We will be back!”
“My family had a great time at the Patriot House. Our family of 13 including 6 adults and 6 kids thoroughly enjoyed all the space that the house provided. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were staying in Annville due to its close proximity to Hershey Park. The park was 20 minutes away which was especially appreciated at the end of the day. Also there were several restaurants nearby. Trisha was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would highly recommend!”
“There was a dead mouse outside my room, there was an ashtray outside my door and I could smell it inside the room and it was full of cigarette butts, the mini fridge was thawing on the floor and had a puddle of water that I put a bathroom towel on, the television wasn’t setup to be watched and took me a while to figure out, So these things weren’t ideal and felt unprofessional, but it had towels, a mini fridge, an exterminator probably killed the mouse and a working TV so I guess it depends on...
