“Hotel was undergoing renovations, but not an excuse for no tissues, no glasses, holes in the wall and the tv did not work. There was no way to contact the front desk except to go there, (no phone we were on the third floor). To say the least, I am not impressed. I have stayed here before and this was totally unexpected.”
“To access the restroom the door must be open completely in then you have to go in to the farthest corner and only then you can close the door. The same is when you want to get out (110, 111)”
“Beautiful property. 2nd time staying here. Breakfast was awesome both days. Enjoyed playing pool, horseshoes, and relaxing in the pool. Rosalie and Craig were fantastic hosts. They gave us great advice for dinner. We will be back!”
“We booked two rooms on the second floor. One had a large amount of damage to the ceiling. The other had bloodstained bedsheets. Breakfast was subpar. We've stayed here two years in a row, but this year the negatives outweighed the positives. We will look elsewhere if we return to Hershey.”
