Two-room apartment in the heart of Lecco, just a few meters from the lakeside promenade and the lively city center! Perfect for tourists and visitors who want a convenient base in central Lecco. The apartment is on the ground floor and has recently been renovated. The entrance is located on a very quiet street, about 200 meters from the lakeside, 600 meters from Lecco train station, and 300 meters from the central pedestrian area of the city.
The apartment consists of an entrance with a small, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. All the furnishings have been updated, and the apartment is equipped with all the typical amenities of a holiday home.
The main strength is certainly the location, which allows you to experience the city center without being restricted by the limited traffic zone. Near the apartment, there are historic restaurants, such as the legendary "Orestino," and places for breakfast, brunch, and aperitifs by the lake!
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
