“First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.”

“The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was really clean and a pleasure to use. Holy moly was the bed comfy?! And so big I lost my husband! The only downside I would say was that the water glasses were so very small, when I needed a drink I'd have to fill the glass up 3 times! And also, the tiny nescafe coffee sachets are never a joy, quite the opposite. Investing in some better coffee for the rooms would a huge plus! But the yorshire, absolute beauty! The staff were all so fabulous;...

The buildings are full of history but stylishly modernized and very attractive, as is the surrounding park and walk down to the Thames. Breakfast was great, and I appreciate in particular that I could take a morning swim in the hotel pool. ”
