“We stayed at Bay Motel because we were attending a Green Bay Packers game, and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere at the motel - especially in the restaurant - was fantastic. It felt very friendly, full of Packers fans, beautifully decorated, and the food was amazing. We ate there twice a day, and every meal was tasty! The reception staff were super nice and very helpful. Our room was cozy, although it was a bit too warm for us coming from Sweden. Opening the windows didn’t really help...

“There was damage to the A/C unit. Faucet wasn't fastened. I found a LIVE cockroach in my room. They are refusing to refund me because "I had already been there a few days day and it's a shared space so there's nothing they can do.".”

“The hotel was recently remodeled and they were still working on the main floor. Our room on the second floor was fantastic with carpet that still had a “new” smell, as well as updated bathroom features. The breakfast was one of the best that we have seen in our travels. I saved this hotel for future travels!”

“Waffles for breakfast are good. Pool area is messy and look dirty. Staff closed pool 20 min before time as well. Outside trash was overflowing from both days there. Morning breakfast staff was awesome but second and third shift staff weee rude.”

“We were in Green Bay for a Luke Combs concert. I had booked the room on October 16th of last year, because I knew that it would be difficult to find a room, during the event. We checked in on May 14th and left to go down to Lambeau and enjoy the pre-concert festivities. That night we stayed with friends because it got late, and we didn't want to try and get an Uber. Well, when we returned the next night after the concert and our room key card wouldn't work. We could hear voices coming from...

“One of the rooms we got reeked with smoke! Talked to the night manager and first he said he couldnt do anything. The answer we got was that some rooms smells like that and offered us an air freshener spray... Then after a while after some diskussions we got two single rooms for the night. The morning after we had to move again and wasnt allowed to keep the single rooms. ”

“Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful but the rooms need work. Carpeting in the room had large stains, sink cracked, multiple outlets non functional. Cold a.m. showers.”

“Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast.”
