Welcome to the heart of the 1000 Islands! MINIMUM 7 DAY RENTAL Weekly Rentals will be ( FRIDAY - FRIDAY )This cottage is new inside and out. The cottage has fantastic views from all sides. Take a swim in the crystal clear water from the new cement dock with docking for up to 4 boats.The outdoor living space has something for everyone, a beautiful outdoor kitchen for meal preparation including 18 ft of granite countertop with all built-in appliances. Dining area outdoors can seat 6-10. The hot tub spa (6-7 person) along with additional seating for 6-8 people in the POWER SCREENED ROOM keeps the bugs out at night. The 10 ft in diameter campfire pit is ready for marshmallows (firewood included) or just chill inside. The custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need full size (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The bathroom has a custom shower that is all tile and glass (stunning) with a beautiful vanity. Hot water on demand means you never run out of hot water. There are 3 bedrooms in the main cottage; master has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have double beds. The living room has a pull-out bed that sleeps two adults. The guest cottage has a queen size bed and a queen size memory foam pull-out bed and yes we built a custom bathroom in the guest cottage as well. Both buildings have their own heat/central air conditioning. A 65 inch 4k smart TV is in the main cottage hooked up to Bell satellite. High speed Internet is also there for those that need to be connected to the outside world. A 20 kw standby generator will power everything if needed. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, food, drink and a desire to enjoy the 1000 Islands. We will take you to the island on our boat and return you to the marina at the end of your stay (included in the rental cost).
