EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT - only £10 per hour.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

PARKING:
There is on-street parking outside the property, between £6-£8 per day, and free after 6 pm

Mid-stay cleans - £30 (subject to availability and may differ in price, depending on the level of cleaning needed).

- Located in a residential community, we request that noise be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 7 am to respect our neighbours. A noise monitor is installed to help manage noise levels. We enforce a three-strike rule for disturbances. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is appreciated.

- To maintain the quality and comfort of our accommodation for all guests, we take a refundable deposit of £150. This deposit covers any potential damages, extra cleaning, or additional services used beyond what's included in the booking. Provided there are no issues, the full amount will be refunded to you shortly after checkout.

An E-sign and ID check may also be requested. This is just a safety precaution and to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone staying with us!
