“Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. “The TV needs to be updated, elevator slow, both of these are not deal breakers. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, the waffles 10/10”

“Utmärkt personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma. BWPlus ligger långt från Kansas City centrum, men staden har gratis bussar och spårvagnar. Med buss 47 tar det ca 60min in till centrum. Bra frukost men svagt kaffe som alltid i USA”

I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment.
