“I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. ”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“This I can describe as a place or a lot of people stay long-term and hang out outside their rooms or in the parking lot. The dumpster was overflowing garbage everywhere. There’s no ice machine. There was no remote for the TV in the office closes at 10 PM so there was nobody that could help to bring a TV remote. Also there was two of us in the room and there was one towel one wash rag and a filthy bathmat no hand towels the bedding was like sheets and very uncomfortable bad I would not recommend...

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

“Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.”
