The host was right on top of things when we needed something. The little pool was great for winding down in the evening. There were a couple things that I think could improve the rental: The large fridge did not work, but luckily the small one took care of that. Other issues were pretty minor. We would stay here again.Wes

The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price.

The property was just as described. I was visiting my daughter at Beacon College for Parent's Weekend, and I was very happy with the ease of communication with the property manager, the comfort of the bedrooms, and the location in relation to the campus. I do intend to try and book this one next year. Thank you for the hospitality!

Comfortably adaquate.

The place was centrally located to get to surrounding things to do. It is just short of being fantastic. It’s biggest drawback is lack of a full size sink and stove. It’s very comfortable and spacious.

Not nearly as nice as I hoped. Barely enough basic stuff. No stove, just a hot plate. Bathroom was dirty, an old wet towel hanging. Floor was gritty, like sand. Sheets and towels were clean so that was good. Just a bit disappointing.

Everything was pretty good. Was a little confused about the property. There is apparently 3 units and was not sure of which one I was staying in. Owner arrived and helped us out though. Great time. Thanks

The Stay

1. Finding the Property was easy with the helpful directions. 2. the property was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to sleep and do our business research. 3. We did not prepare any meals. We took advantage of the local eateries. Which were price reasonable and served good food. 4. International Airport Orlando, FL. was only an hour away. The Owners have a home next door and were very welcoming. Highly recommend.
